Are you grieving? Holding onto something heavy?
Is there a version of yourself, a relationship, or a story that no longer fits—but you’re not sure how to release it? You’re not alone. Grief touches all of us, and in this space, you are welcome just as you are.
Let us come together in community—to sit, to breathe, to move gently, and to shape what we’re ready to let go of with our hands. Through the grounding medium of clay, we’ll create a sarcophagus to symbolically lay to rest whatever is ready to pass on.
Each session will begin with gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided visualization to help you arrive fully in your body. I will then demonstrate slab-building techniques to construct and decorate your clay sarcophagus. You’ll be given ample space to create, explore, and process at your own pace.
We will also create a shared community agreement in our first gathering—an intentional space of safety, compassion, and co-regulation where everyone can show up authentically.
